BOOK REVIEW
Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead by Sheryl Sandberg
Representation matters. Sandberg is giving hope to a generation of women that are trying to make it in the world of leadership.  I highly recommend this book to any future leaders who are feeling like they do not have all the tools to be successful. This book shows you that you are capable of anything because you have the will.

BOOK REVIEW
Savage Inequalities by Jonathan Kozol
This book is important for all educators to read, especially teachers planning on working in Title 1 schools. Â It is important for educators to see what their students are up against before they even walk through their classroom doors. Â It is important for all schools to understand the environment in which they service students in order for them to create a better vision for their school that will specifically impact and benefit their students. Â I would recommend this book to my colleagues.
